Cassava
flour is particularly high in vitamin C, an
important vitamin that acts as an antioxidant, supports collagen production,
and enhances immunity, among
other benefits. Plus, it's rich in copper, a mineral necessary for
neurotransmitter synthesis, energy production, iron metabolism, and more.
STEPS TO MAKE CASSAVA FLOUR
First, put some water on fire
and boil gradually.
- Then, measure the cassava flour you want to make and begin to
add gradually while briskly stirring the boiling pot of cassava flour. If
you need to add some more water, feel free to do so.
§ Stir until the cassava flour is well mixed to
create the blend of your choice. Stir more for about 2 to 3 minutes or until
you get a fineness and thickness you desire
- Scoop out in small quantities in a sauce-pan and allow to
cool.
§ While still hot and fresh, feel free to serve with
any soup of your choice.
